Бенчмарк — лучшее решение, когда нужно быстро протестировать видеокарту. Пока вы смотрите красивую трехмерную заставку, приложение хорошенько разогревает ваше «железо» и считывает показатели, а после успешного прохождения теста показывает итоговый балл производительности. Одни из самых популярных бенчмарков разработаны нами: тесты производительности UNIGINE Benchmarks используют по всему миру, в том числе обозреватели «железа» и оверклокеры.

Пару месяцев назад общее количество пользователей Heaven, Valley и Superposition перевалило за 40 миллионов. В честь этого впечатляющего результата мы подготовили обзорный материал о наших бенчмарках, чтобы помочь вам определиться, какой из них лучше подходит для испытания вашего «железа».

Heaven (2009) — первый DX11-бенчмарк с тесселяцией

Heaven по сей день остается самым популярным тестом производительности от UNIGINE. Мы гордимся тем, что Heaven стал первым бенчмарком в мире с поддержкой DirectX 11 и аппаратной тесселяции (подробнее — читайте здесь). Его тестовая сцена представляет собой сказочный город среди облаков в стилистике стимпанка.

Heaven Benchmark «весит» всего 247 мегабайт и абсолютно бесплатен — его можно быстро скачать и запустить. В стандартном режиме (сразу после запуска) Heaven бесконечно прокручивает графически насыщенную сцену и разогревает видеокарту тесселяцией. Это очень полезно для стресс-тестирования на стабильность: если через пару прогонов компьютер не завис, приложение не вылетело, и на экране не появились артефакты (графические искажения), значит с вашим «железом» все в порядке.

Valley (2013) — открытый мир больше, чем в Skyrim

Valley — бенчмарк, детально воссоздающий долину посреди гор с проработкой вплоть до каждого листочка и лепестка. Площадь долины составляет внушительные 64 км2, что примерно в полтора раза больше, чем мир Skyrim (около 40 км2).

В отличие от Heaven, в Valley нет тесселяции, но зато имеется огромный открытый мир с большим количеством растительности и задаваемой игроком погодой и временем суток. Последнее значительно влияет на освещение сцены и палитру красок. Но кроме графики Valley может похвастать и работой со звуком. Бенчмарк поддерживает объемное аудио, что на системах 5.1 или в наушниках дает позиционный звук. А также, если прислушаться, можно уловить как затихает живность во время дождя.

Если Heaven хорош для быстрого стресс-тестирования только графического ядра, то Valley позволит выявить проблемы и с подсистемой памяти, благодаря размерам трехмерной сцены.

Superposition Benchmark (2017) — фотореалистичное глобальное освещение и множество динамических объектов

Superposition использует метод глобального освещения с применением трассировки лучей (SSRTGI) — нашу собственную разработку. Декорациями для тестовой сцены служит кабинет вымышленного гениального ученого из середины XX века. Сам профессор куда-то пропал, но в дальнем конце кабинета видна загадочная капсула.

Нагрузка на «железо» в Superposition довольно близка к современным играм — он способен заставить «попотеть» даже GeForce RTX 3080 и поддерживает сверхвысокие разрешения (вплоть до 8K). А, благодаря большому количеству динамических объектов, может хорошенько нагрузить и многоядерный процессор.

На сайте Unigine.com имеется доска почета, где можно сравнить свои итоговые баллы с результатами других пользователей. Также это позволит рассчитать примерное увеличение производительности после апгрейда видеокарты.

После прогона тестовой сцены бенчмарк выдаст ваши результаты. Запишите их и сравните с графой Score на доске почета. Нужно смотреть не на верхнюю запись, а на ту, в которой использовалась аналогичная вашей видеокарта (пролистайте несколько страниц вперед, если потребуется). А если вы планируете апгрейд, то посмотрите какие графические адаптеры использовались в тестах с результатами лучше вашего.

Также на доске почета можно напрямую сравнить производительность одной системы с другой. Для этого сначала нажмите на значок весов в конце нужных строчек справа, а затем на оранжевую кнопку Compare Results:

Формально лучше всего для тестирования видеокарт подойдет наш самый новый бенчмарк — Superposition. Но он достаточно много «весит» (1276 Мбайт) и избыточен для бюджетных или старых видеокарт, а также для графических ядер, интегрированных в процессор (для них подойдет разве что пресет Low). Зато позволит понять, как ваша видеокарта справится с современными играми. А если вас интересует быстрый стресс-тест на стабильность — используйте Heaven или Valley.
